i've tried everything listed to adjust the tps and i never get any results. i did my method befor and i got some results but the tps was long gone anyway, so i had to be replaced.

did you mess with the righ/lean screw at all? ive played with it a few times before and i think i've managed to stall it by turning it full rich.



maybe its off?

if that's the screw that you mess with when working on the tps then i've been messing with it the whole time. but just to clarify where is the screw located?

by the pressure sensor, it says rich/lean on it with arrows.

well, i found the pressure sensor but i couldn't find any screws around it. i did find a screw on top of the throttle body, looks like it's been messed with but i don't know what it does so i'm kinda hesitant on touching that.

Rich idle condition is normal for a stock ecu Rx-7. Do yourself a favor and get a mazda FSM, so you can correctly check and set the efi sensors.

unfortunantly i don't have the money for that right now. i gotta pay tuition in 2 days and i've also missed a day of tips at work because of this car and it seems like i'm going to miss another day today if i don't get it running in 2 hours.

ok, well, i got it stop sputtering now. but when i open the throtle more than half way it bogs down then revs. anyone got an ideas?
