I am interesed in knowing how many of you out there would like to get a CF hood, the skin only, this means you would have to use hood pins to hold it down or or add your own latch and hindges to it. Please dont ask for pic because I dont have any yet. I am tryng to get this co. I know to make it for us. I am not sure what the cost will be but I am pretty sure we can work something out if I can get enought people interesed. He is willing to make different style like w/ or w/o scoop or vents. It wil be a few weeks before I know if I have enought people to do it so please bare with me.

Thanks Kimo

Get him to make a replica of the Border hood. I would definetly be intrested as long as the fit was like stock. I don't think it is worth a couple of hundred for a hood that looks the same as stock though cause my car is white and I would paint it. (can't stand a carbon hood on a white car).

i like the idea of a cf hood (painted of course). what does the border hood look like.

i think vents would be cool. just little vents above where the airintake is and on the opposite side, for balance. but nothing that would mess up the beautful lines of the car.

Thats a stock T2 hood...it has the RE amemiya front end(which I'm getting for my SE-X)...the hood itself has no difference in it over stock...the vents in front are part of the body kit...still a nice look though.

the vents are in the light houseing not in the bumper. The bumper itself is around $2500. I am just talking about the hood. ypou can have vents put in anywhere you like.
