ok besides a fuel management computer is there any other options open to me to me.

And my car seems to almost like miss fire at a few spots in my rpm range, once at 3k once at 4800 and then at 5800 as well any ideas what that could be?

Try regrounding the injectors, that should help with the stuttering problem at 4800. If you are looking for a cheap alternative you might try a piggy back unit. There are several on the market, and they can help you tune fuel to an extent.
