Check everything again.

Won't turn over? Or won't start?

possible, that relay basically turns the "start" wire from the ignition on and off, via the security system. cars without the security system got a little jumper plugged in there. this is on the US models

um you said starter cut relay! in the US model it is by the trailing coil. in the US model its used by the security system to disable the starter. since not all US cars had the security system the relay gets replaced with a jumper wire.

its just the one relay. the wire goes from the start terminal on the ignition switch to the relay (or jumper) and then to the starter solenoid.

if you feel like going outside and touching the car (i know gross right?) there little wire on the starter, should be on the starter, and get 12v when you put the key in the "start" position
