car wont rev over 5k and stutters

So something is wrong. I installed a SAFC today and now the car won't drive once the tps sends over 100% to the comp. and it won't rev over 5k in neutral. It's a stock 88 gxl. I installed it correctly. have it set to flap 05 in 05 out. and 4 cyl arrow iup and to the right...
