Do you still have a belly pan? Does it overheat while driving?

How do you know the water seals are good?...I've never heard of the gusher test. I would check the t-stat...and get the radiator cleaned...it could be clogged

I would flush the rad (thus changing the coolant in the whole system), and make SURE you have a mazda OEM thermostat..

Of course, it takes more than a radiator flush to clean the entire system as this will not do anything for the water in the engine.

Yeah, what is the gusher test?

Just use the coolant drain plug on the engine
