Trying my first post, having issues

Hey, im craig from louisville, and i have a 91 vert auto with manual swap and my starter is doin nothing. No radio either. Checked fuses, but im questioning the wiring to bypass the starter kill, and neutral safety switch.

 

Ok, heres the novel... 91 vert with 88 vert drivetrain. Swapped whats needed from s5 to s4 engine, and swapped auto for manual. Cut white three pronged clip close to auto tranny and spliced bottom wires together. Single wire to red manual wire. Six pin clip with middle bottom wire to other red wire. Reverse lights work, all electrical works except starter, and radio. Used a jumper wire to maybe starter kill relay after listed above failed(black blue wire to green blue wire) cut light green yellow wire on same harness as well. Electric fan disconnected, headlights bright even with key in start. Starter checked out as well.... help!!!!!
