Can Start Car With The Key Ignition
i got a problem i have a 88 turbo 2 and i cant start it with the key ignition...before i bought it they took off the factory alarm and i think that might be it but am not sure....they only way to start it is get a wire from the starter and put it dirrectly to the battery....i already put a new key ignition, and checked all the fuses.....o yeah i have to turn the key two clicks before i could hot wire it to the battery......i need help PLEASEEEEEEE
What part of the factory alarm can be removed?
It's integrated with other warning systems in the CPU.
My car had some elaborate aftermarket alarm that was broken.
It was a rat's nest of hay-wired splices.
I was lucky to get some of it removed without causing more problems.
Check out the "body electrical system part 2" manual.
There is just a little on page 111-112.
