can s4 air vents be custom fit to s5 stereo surround?

ihave an s5 stereo surround but not s5 vents,but i have a couple s4 vents. can the s4 vent be trimmed to fit in the s5 surround?

Find a set of S5 vents or do what I did & mount some gauges there.

i just bought an s5 one because the last 2 s4 ones i had broke in 4 places. so im jist upgrading so i dont have to replace it any more. thanks for the offer though
