Camber adjustment?

Sorry if this question seems rather stupid, but my brain is not fully functional at the moment. For rear camber adjustment ...

If I make the adjustment rod longer ... this should make my wheels go out at the pavement and in toward the top (skyward)? Is this correct?? or is it the other way around ??
