It's a whole lot cheaper if you remove the parts yourself (control arms, etc.), and take them along with the new bushings to a shop. That eliminates all the burning/scraping/pressing and such. The sway bar end link bushings are easily done by hand, the bigger ones are more difficult.

Sometimes you can use a nut, bolt and a couple "fender" washers to pull them in.

Or you just Happen to have a complete front and rear subrame in you garage and swap the parts out as needed...... It helps anyway.

Thats what I did, Having spare everything is great. No worrying about taking your car out of commission. Ect.

Be sure to get S4, with the replaceable ball joints.
