BOV stoped working?
i went to a FMIC and sense then its not opening up any more. i connected it back to the same vacuum it was on b4 then i tried it on another vacuum and it still stayed closed. its a epexi twin, could it be the BOV it self or is it that im not getting up enough boost to get this open.. pulled it to 5k rpm in second close to 10 pounds and it just threw it back down into the turbo. is there any body out there who had this problem with this BOV or doing this conversion? |
hummm have you pulled it off and tryed to depress the piston in it ? to see if it is even moveing. then mabey lube it up and try that. and losen the testion on it to it is a skrew on the top i think for that one but im not sure hope that helps

Do you have a boost guage on it?
Did it work before? |
Pull the BOV, apply a vacuum source, and see if it opens.

well it works but its just not making any noise when it blows off anymore.

Depending on where you have it mounted you might not have enough pressure build up to make it pop open.
