like the title says...

the blow off valve blew off the car.

anyone know any possible causes? i'm stumped.



('91 TII, emissions removed, 3' full exhaust, factory TID w/ cone filter)



car was right around 6k rpms when it happened. i think i saw a fire ball also, not sure though...

 

i did that once, hose clamps fixed it. from the ic pipe to the bov i upgraded to FD clamps, as they are beefier than the wire thing it came with
