rp 50 mm dual exhaust i think

My friend has that. It's loud and it makes his car sound like a Honda. I don't know if that's how it usually sounds, or if the mufflers are burned out. Either way it wouldn't be my top choice.

ugh... that sucks... besides that and the borla everythnig tops $500 for the catback... plus ive got to pay 340 for the new cat + dp oh well

the n1 single isn't super loud (if you keep the cat) and its under $450....

I've wanted a borla catback, but when I went to their site (can't remember it now) it didn't show anything related to RX-7s. Didn't they stop doing parts for RX-7s a while ago?

Where did ya find the information on the Borla catback you're looking at?

Im running a single 2.5" Catco converter from Summit racing, cost $70, and a Kooks Headers custom stainless exaust with the Borla Xr-1 mufflers, it passes NYS emissions, but its still loud. After hearing 13B ace's car with the Racing Beat, I would DEFINITLY go with it. Its worth the money. $340 for a dp is way too much money by the way

340 for dual cats... which includes the dp. also iwant to stay dual and avoid the ricey look of a 5 inch tip... dont want anythnig over 3.5... guess im goint to have to settle for the noise. borla from their site lists a full cat back for the 86-91 rx-7

Well, its a desirable trait in women, why not exhausts?

I have Borla, toooooo loud, go with the Racing Beat.

Sheesh! How loud can it be? My TII currently has nothing but the downpipe attached to the turbo, and I started it up. It ain't that loud! Trust me, when one of these big American iron V-8's at the dragstrip fires up with open exhaust, now that's focking loud!!! I have driven my car with just the cats and no mufflers, and yeah, it gets on your nerves a little after a few dozen miles, but no big thing.

I think I'll run the N1 single when I do get a catback. I just don't like that big ass 4.5" tip.

Maybe we got it good here in Virginia, but I think I could roll through town with no exhaust and the cops wouldn't even look at me.
