Here your clearly stating that porting your wastegate "leads to boost creep".

yeah um port your wastegate, it could creep higher than that...alot higher.
Here you state if you port your wasegate the boost will creep higher, "alot higher"

Dramon,

Not sure why you decided to hijack this post, but your not helping the man with your ranting and raving about your problems. If you have nothing to help with the mans post, you should not be commenting on it. Does it make you feel better to do this in someone elses post since you cannot listen to simple reason in the posts you make?

Please refrain from the bickering in this section of the forum and leave your problems in Gen D

Ok you cant lower your boost with a boost controller, so that plan is out the window.

Are you trying to keep the boost a 5.5psi, im unsure of stock levels but i think thats it, if so due to your restrictions missing (stock exhaust and intake) you will suffer possible boost creep.

My suggestions is porting the wastegate, that would be the first step in this problem. If that doesnt fix it you may need to look deeper, but I'm sure the portnig will do the job for now.

Also please remember boost controller cannot lower your boost.

kevin.
