I have a 88na with a 87tII motor and when i put the code reader on it its giving me a code for bad pressure sensor. I replaced the pressure sensor with another that was guarenteed to be tested and working and its still giving me the same code. it has a 318 sensor, is this the proper sensor for the 87 tII motor.

I have had a thread going about Boost Sensors recently and I asked about the N318. from what jdm12a says, it is for a JSpec A/T ECU. I think what you need is the N332. What ECU do you have? Is your car a MT or AT?

I have an 87 T2 that is mostly stock and I have the N318 boost sensor. Check and make sure the wiring is all connected and intact. I had a problem with the ground wire pushing out of the connector, thus making my boost guage spike. Possibly your signal or power wire has done this.

Well, I could be wrong :-P I am waiting on my N370 and FCD for my S5 T2 to get here that I ordered from woundup7 in Seattle. It was just a related topic that was discussed in my post about the boost sensors I had going there for a little bit. I am not running the S4 so I dont know that much about them other than there are subtle differences between the two to make a difference. But, you came to the right place asking about boost senors thats for sure
