Hey i've got a blowthrough turbo setup.

s4 block and turbo, ported wastegate

2.5" downpipe and silencer, 3" back from there.

Weber 48 DCOE carb. No intercooler or blowoff valve yet (soon).

My boost is strong up to 6 psi. Then the car loses all pull/power and boosts up to 15 psi if i hold the throttle down.

my air/fuel guage reads just a little into the stoich., my timing is set at 10L, 10T, w/ timing locked.

Any clues?

Methods i'm going to use to control this boost creep:

1) install a more restrictive exhaust

2) install the fmic and blow off valve

but why am i losing power when the boost creeps?? why? why!? and why is it creeping w/ a ported wastegate... this is odd...

just a thought, could i maybe have a leak, that only leaks above 6 psi? so it will go to 6 psi, then the turbo will spool way up as it leaks out a hole thus i'm losing power, but ....

i donno... is that possible?
