How much HP could u gain from adding 4 more psi on a stock t2?? What turbo is the 87 TII equipped with?? TD05?

You'd have to have a fuel cut defenser first.



Turbo is a Hitachi HT18.

as longs as we are on this subject; What are the difference between the s4 and s5 stock turbos? And can u put them on different blocks? ie s4turbo on s5 block.

Turbine housing, wastegate design, and manifold. If you want to swap one for the other, you need the manifold for it.

Stock for stock its pretty close, but if you pull the twin scroll flapper out of a S4 manifold, the S5 one ***** all over it (S5 ones are fully divided).



My old car had a clipped turbine wheel and removed twin scroll, full boost didn't come on until almost 4000 RPM!



But it felt like it had a lot more power than it really did because it all came on at once

So how much HP can be expected just by adding 4 lbs of boost?? no fuel upgrade

Hmm.....so ur saying increasing the boost to 8 lbs will blow the motor without fuel upgrades?
