Default blown coolant seal?

About a month ago my car overheated. As soon as I got home i did the champagn bubbles test and I checked to see if there was any coolant being pushed out the radiator by cranking it with the egi fuse out. Passed both test. The Thermostat cover had cracked and hoses blew when it overheated and I just got around to replacing everything as well as installing my new koyo radiator I had lying around. I turn it on it idles fine but then I check the oil and its a little passed full and it drips off the dipstick really easy. I'm guessing that's coolant that got in there? Is this a 100% accurate sign that my coolant seals are blown? the car doesn't even blow white smoke out of the exhaust like I've heard happens when your seals are blown. I want to know for sure before I go about pulling my engine
