Use a test light and see if there's power coming to the blinkers at all

check the fuse panel in the footwell. I had a similar problem, but both sides didn't work. Does the turn signal and high beam cpu still click?? check the female prongs on the fuse, sometimes they separate over time and don't connect properly.

in the footwell, right above the fuse panel, there is a small black box..that's the cpu, you should here it click if it's working properly, if not, that could be the problem
