Tryed to start it up today it did its new usual thing of being stuborn to actualy start and then finaly right before it starts i hear a LOUD metalic "ping" from what sounded like the left muffler. After the pop the motor started up and was instantly 2 times louder than before. Something is causing the car to be to rich at start up to the point where it will almost flood. The tps is so out of whack im sure its the problem.

 

My gf's vert had the same problem. Would idle bad, problems starting up.. got the TPS correctly tuned, and everything has been fine since!

 

My vert does the same thing.. I am gonna clean out the tb.. and recheck the tps..

 

I don't have anything serious to add, but I'm going to have to agree on the 'mmm, fujiko'.

 

we just bought one that has an exhaust soooo plugged it all comes out the cooling system instead
