well I think I need a new clutch'pressure plate. My car will not squel em goin into second even if I double-clutch at 8k. All it does is just put you in the seat and slip like a motherfugra . I was wondering if anyone would like to give some insite to this situation.....i.e. does your car get it in second(this is a 91' n/a w/ portwork and a full exhaust)

I forgot, the clutch I want to purchase is the act 6 Puck (ZX2-HDR6) clutch with Heavy Duty Pressure Plate along with a stainless steel clutch line for better feel. I would also appreciate any comments on this clutch/pressure plate combo....................hopefully a squeling second will come a lot sooner than i expect

if your rpm's increase, but your wheel speed does not, with your clutch engaged, it is slipping.

replace the clutch if this is the case, or maybe you have some **** on it, mine slipped a while ago when the front trans seal leaked and managed to get the disc soaked with oil.

that clutch is likely overkill for your NA...

I've used the racing beat street/strip clutch and pressure plate setup with no problems, in combination wth the aluminum flywheel.
