I used to have the Apex'i in my old car. nice unit. The small display makes it so you can mount it virtuarly any where since it takes up very little room. Having the a/f ratio on it is nice and all but nothing that I'd pay attention to since factory a/f aren't anything to judge much off of.

I have the older GReddy version in my TII works good.. plays this annoying sound all the time though like when you start the car and shut it off

I believe you should go with the Apexi. I personally had both and I liked the Apexi better. It shows you the battery voltage, A/F, and has more features. I only bought mine for $90 new on ebay. It's a great unit.

I got a basic HKS turbo timer on eBay with the harness adapter for $35 shipped. It's selectable in 30 second increments, basic, and gets the job done. No need for the blinking screen and bullshit music. Just my $.02....

amazing how many of these posts we get, concerning timers and all.

i have the GReddy, works fine, gets the job done, and its a real attention getter when i turn my car on. that and people can't get enough of the fact that my car turns itself off. the other day the security guys a work were like "dude, you left you car running!" and i was like "yeah, its a turbo timer, it'll take care of itself".

also, girls can't get over the car that keeps running on purpose, they attributed my 7 to knight rider, which is cool. chicks dig it, buy it just for that fact.
