I have a 88 SE, that blew its motor at 175,000 miles so I am now rebuilding it. It is only going to have a couple of mods though.

No actually the original owner(idiot) blew it with only 60k on it. When I got the car the motor in had 40kon it. The Jackass also had burnt out the turbo twice and busted the tranny also.I guess that's good for me...lol... The only thing this guy did right was to take Mazda to court for the cost of the new engine and labor. He won 8 months later. They had to replace more than the engine because they left it outside and most of the parts in the engine bay rusted out. So anyways he gave the car to his son who hardly ever drove and he sold it to me for $4800. Great deal huh?

Welcome aboard and I hope you'll find any and all your 2nd gen help in this section...if not, just PM one of the moderators and we'll get back to you ASAP, lol.

Sounds like your gonna have a nice NA setup chronic...did you already purchase the mufflers? If not, I've got a pair of Reactives for sale, they've only got about 3 months on them, under 2K miles...they came off a wrecked MR2....
