Ok I just got a set of Apc "racing" seats to replace my horrible stock seats, but I am having alot of trouble with the passenger side bc the brakets are not level. The drivers side shouldnt be a problem, bc it is pretty level and square. I was wondering if anyone has any pictures as to how the modified the stock rails to accept aftermarket seats. Thanks.

I have not heard of anyone using APC seats in an rx7 before. But for momo and sparco seats that do not have a vehicle specific application you usually buy their universal install kit that adapts it to the mazda brackets. Btw use only grade 5 bolts or better for anything related to satey such as seat belt anchors and seats.

I got the seats bc my stock seats are horrible, and I only gave 150 for the pair, and also if you do some research the same company that makes the seats for sparco, tenzoR, and abunch of others also makes the for APC.

I am pretty mechanically inclided, but this is just a pain. It wouldnt be a problem if the passenger side brackets were level. Ive already tried makings spacers and all kinds of stuff and nothing works. We came up with the idea to make a peice of steel into a V and slot both sides to accept bolts to the seat and to the slider.

I just wanted some pics to see how others have done this.
