My fc is gold, and if I ever paint it, I want to keep it gold. That way I won't have to worry about door jams, engine bay, etc. But has anyone seen a gold similar to stock that looks really nice? Or is that an oxymoron? Maybe a rich metallic, or some pearl, I don't know. I'm not painting any time soon, but eventually I will.

I don't see why there wouldn't be anyone that couldn't re-paint it the same colour...there some getto caprices around my town that are blingin gold(with 24s! lol)...

You cant find anyone that could do it?

that's not what I'm saying, I can find plenty of places that'll paint it. I just mean, is it viewed as ugly? Because I hardly ever see gold fc's. They all seem to be red, black, or white. I guess what I'm asking is if anyone has picks of a gold car, similar to stock gold (so jams and bay will still look ok), that looks really nice.

colors similiar to it are in the top 3 most popular color

choices of new cars and trucks.

I get a newsletter from DuPont and every month they tell

you the most popular colors for new cars.

Beige/gold and silver top the lists, they give seperate lists for

luxary cars, SUvs, etc..

I think it would look good, all the ones you see on the

road are fucked up

cool, that's good to know. Maybe one day I'll be the only owner of a not-fucked-up gold FC.

i've got a gold T2- i personally dont like that color but im not worried about it- the T2 motor is goin into my silver 90 GXL so its all gravy. i've seen a few around here but none look good cause like said before- they're banged up but, not nearly as bad as my T2. never seen one this bad. its rediculous.

If you think it looks good, that is all that matters. I personally think it would look cool if it was a pearl gold color.

see that's what I was looking for, but I have no idea what that actually looks like. I don't want it to end up like a bling-bling gold, just something that looks a little nicer that the factory gold.
