If you build one, try and make it so it locks in place when you set it and be careful when you first install it... test it in small increments. I adjusted mine at the track in the staging lanes to 22psi by accident and luckily the car hit fuel cut immediately and saved my *** (wasn't an RX7 thank god)

I'm not sure about the ebay one but mine you pulled up on the **** to turn it clockwise for more boost, then pushed down to lock it in. All the way counter-clockwise was basically 1-2 psi I guess. Either way, it would not move from say 15 pounds on the street on the VDO guage. When the boost did drop, it was from the IC being heatsoaked and/or the stock turbo couldn't hold that pressure for too long.
