6-7 hours i say here, that is what it took me to convert a 95 civic to 5 spd

Why would it take more than 3 hours? I mean i can do a tranny drop REAL quick... So banzai how long did it take you?

The pedal cluster swap will chew up a couple hours, have to make mounting points for the tranny mounts ydya yada yada

Progress report:

Pulled car into shop at 7:30

1. Disconnected and Removed Battery

2. Pulled Trailing Coils

3.Drained Master Cylinder

4. Disconnected Brake lines

5. Disconnected steering Column at Top U-Joint

6. Removed Steering Column Trim

7.Disconnected plugs to horn, ignition, fuel pump relay etc.

8. Disconnected Brake pedal

9. Removed Master Cylinder and Brake Bo0ster

10. Removed Steering Column

11. Removed OLd pedal Cluster

12. Installed New Pedal Cluster

13. Installed Refurbed Clutch Master Cylinder



Time: 1.5 hrs

Ok 5:32 PM update...



Got started at 11:00 AM

14. Installed SPORT Booster and Master Cylinder

15. Removed midpipe/Cats

16. Removed Driveshaft

17. Removed Flexplate bolts

18. Removed Transmission

19. Removed Flexplate

20. Removed Shifter

21. Dummy-Fit of 5 Speed to check Mount Placement

22. Removed mounts from PARTS-BITCH with the PLASMA Cutter
