I'm curious about the alternator pulley form rotary innovations.

I have a racing beat unit and I'm tired of having low voltage at idle with the lights on and my power converter on when I installed this unit. THis unit is an underdrive pulley.

Is the rotary innovation not a underdrive pulley, same as stock right? I'm curious about your opinion.

If the pulley you are considering is the same diameter as the std one it will behave like the std one

If it is bigger, it will underdrive, smaller will overdrive

No it is not an underdrive pulley, it uses two of the stock belts. I have one on both of my rx-7's.

Did you have any voltage drop at idle, more than usual phinsup?

No, no change at all on either car. Just my belts stopped squealing at high rpm.

The pulley is a great investment. I love it, belt doesn't screech and its doesn't drop my amps even with stereo and sub on at idle.
