Poluting my world...
Do us a favor, take all the stuff you removed and weigh it. See what type of weight savings you really got from all that. 2. all the freon was already leaked out, so none went into the environment 3. i take it you have not felt how heavy an AC compressor is. unless my scales are off (simply comparetive between the compressor and the weights i lift at the gym), that thing has to weight at least 25 lbs, and the condensor 5-10 lbs. so i exaggerated, still, ~35 lbs is a lot, do that in enough places, and you save a lot of weight on a car. you think they shaved hundreds of pounds off the FD by saying "its only a couple of pounds, leave it on"? nope. and yes i will pollute your world, along with the coolant that i changed and leaked on the ground and my complete lack of emissions components. your world is boring and slow, mine is fast and invigorating. one more thing, even if i pollute this world, i'm the one who has to smell it. afterall, i have no AC, i have to drive with my windows down, smelling all that smog, you dont. so quit crying and get a job for Honda. |

I weighed all the AC **** together off my TII minus condenser and it was 55lbs or something sick.
|
im about to do this: aggie make me a write up
|
Writeup:
AC system is held on with bolts. Remove bolts. Remove AC system. Sure, I'm an ass, but it's about that easy. |
I rather enjoy having AC, My temps never go above 1/2 and it blows nice and cold!
|
Now it's time to remove the power steering!
