10 psi out of the stock turbo is the max? My friends turbo II is running about 14... and has been for quite some time

I've been hitting 14 - 15 psi in 4th and 5th gear, no problems. My turbo was shot before I did exhaust and FMIC, and has not gotten any worse. I wouldn't recomend a TII with ONLY full exhaust running 14 psi, the engine wouldn't last too long. As for me, I very rarely hit 14 psi because I know it isn't the best for the engine/turbo. But when I plan on getting high boost I run it super rich with the SAFC. I need to upgrade to some 720s though, I'd feel alot safer.
