The cheapest route:

Racing beat 2.5" downpipe = $90+shipping

Gutted cats = FREE

TB Mod = FREE

Intake adapter = free if you make one, $10 on ebay.

Cone filter = $20-$50

That should net about 20-25hp or so w/ much better throttle response..

The best route:

Racing Beat Turbo-back exhaust = $780+shipping

FCD = $90

Formentioned intake(cone filter etc) = $20-$50

FMIC = $990+shipping

MBC = $75+shipping

some type of fuel controller(S-AFC I) = $300+shipping

Walbro Fuel pump = $100+shipping...

This would probably net closer to 50-70hp, but it depends on how it's tuned and how much boost you run...

another cheap thing to do is port your wastegate, no real HP gained, but better boost control...

see, what i dont understand is how it takes all those mods to get 60-70 hp, but racing beat claims that with only their full exhaust system (dp, presilencer, cat-back) you get a 59 hp increase

I'm not sure if they mean 59WHP or 59HP...I mean, with a gain of 2-3psi..at 11.2whp per PSI, I'm assuming that they ment 59hp, not 59whp..who knows...I've seen FCs dyno w/ full exhaust(not RB)..and gain 30+WHP..but no where near 60whp...
