Default 86 rx7 engine options

New to this site and new to rotary engines. Im looking at buying an 86 rx7 from a friend. Rust free but has been in a barn for the past few years. I was told it needs a fuel pump and apex seals. The original n/a 13b seems lacking in the power department... I've got a 350 that I planned on building this summer for the hell of It. The sbc swap seems pretty popular but I really like the character of the rotary. 5 large I can have 400+ hp 383. But what can that same money get me with the rotary? This car will not be a dd but still needs to be streetable
