Ok 1-3 gear are cool, slight rubbing when the car is cool but other than that its ok. So when I shift to 4th gear as soon as it hits about 2000-2500 rpm the tranny makes a wierd like vibratin noise that sounds like it comming from under my car like as if something is loose but its only when its in 4th gear after it passes 2500rpms it stops and goes back to normal. And to make it clears at 1800 it doesnt 1900 it starts and stops by 2500.

Are you sure its the tranny? Try downshifting or just putting in the clutch while its vibrating, but keep going the same speed. If its still there, I would guess driveshaft. If not, its probably inside the tranny somewhere. I'd get a shop to look at it.

Does it sound like a metal rattle? And if so does it happen only when you accelerate? The same thing happens to mine, it started doing it after I replaced the clutch. When I take my foot off the gas it stops doing it. All you have to do is pry open up the shifter cover and make sure all 6 bolts under the cover and padding are secure. I should do it soon, but I'm lazy.

the tranny brace that the tranny's downward bolt sits in has that rubber bushing, if that bushing is torn, or worn out it can cause that vibration.
