today i disconnected the hose to the boost sensor,and hooked up a vacuum guage. I pumped it up to 20 inHg. and drove the car with the guage still hooked up and it took away the problem. does anyone know what the specs are to the boost sensor and vacuum pressure at the manifold. haynes doesn't tell you anything and neither does mitchell.
