I was ina friendly RX-7 discusion that went ugly. This guy states that putting 3mm's on your turbo 7 is bad. I always thought that when you put the 3mm seals on they are heavy duty and could take more boost etc. I thought this was an essential uprgrade for strengthing the engine and when it comes time to put more boost into your car this becomes one of those must have things. Can anybody tell me if they are really that bad? I hear its one of those on going arguements.

Thanks
