Ok so there is no backwards way to hook it up. Mike if you can get on aim that would be great .

tried maybe a stethoscope on the injectors to see if you can hear em opening?

The secondary port runners are bone dry, they aren't coming on. The car even hesitates when just revving, won't go past 4k rpms.

just out of curiousity, check your fuel pump, maybe she ain't getting enought gas, the AFR drops , and she goes in limp mode, just a thought

Nope. Just checked that, 13.65vs the entire time.

Have you tried just swapping ECUs? Could be a burned up circuit somewhere on the board..
