clutch, turbo, boost controller, full exhaust, bigger secondary injectors, fuel controller, intake, TID, fmic, weight reduction, that's about it. please add anything i forgot https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...IR#>/smile.png

Rotaryman88 09-19-2002 01:32 PM

Yea, that's about it really. If your good w/ tuning, you don't need to get larger injectors, just a fuel controller, I've seen it done quite a lot nowadays...

250 rwhp is definitely attainable with the stock turbo and engine provided they are in good shape.

Just need to upgrade your fuel pump, secondaries, intake, exhaust(get rid of cats/emissions and larger diameter pipe), FCD, boost controller, and an fuel computer is a good idea...

13B, NA.

I think it's doable with the proper mods, intake manifold tuning and porting i believe will play a very significant role in obtaining this. Along with programmable engine management.

No need for a rat silly man, a 350 GM targetmaster engine, with warranty, has 350 hp. Look at my post in the "OTHER CARS" section about that 500 hp ZR-1

cropman84 09-19-2002 09:30 PM

Vosko's post stated FMIC, that would be a yes.

Yeah, and she said your blow-off valve opened prematurely https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...1047683785.gif

don't need FMIC for 250 rwhp. however it would be advisable to upgrade the stock turbo. some form of fuel control, and boost set to 12 psi on upgraded turbo and that should be it. with basic bolt ons. it really isn't that hard. just takes some cash. like anything now a days.

'79rx7 09-26-2002 07:29 PM

my buddy has a turbo II with the fuel cut defense, 3" down pipe by RB, 3" straight back exhaust, cone air filter, no bs under the hood, (ps, ac, sp) oh ya and a blow of valve. it hits about 12-14lbs of boost; it runs 12.9's https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...#>/BURNOUT.gif
