I hear that 13B housings have bigger ports stock, so it's better to use them when building a 20B.

i thought it was the other way around (the 20b has bigger ports) at least thats what i gleaned from watching the japanese tuner video on np.net

The tricky part is that one of the housings for the 20B has botha primary port AND a secondary port. The 13B secondary ports probably won't match that one.

I'm not sure about the intake, but the exhaust ports aren't too big. They also have splitters in them like 86-91 NA's.
