is there enough clearance for 18's under there? dont want them to rub or nething. making sure before i buy them, i saw the post with the guy with 18's....

yes and no. It depends on the offset. Go to tirerack.com and compare the offset with ones that are guarenteed to fit.

would 17's have an advantage over 18's handling wise? or visa versa?

Thats weird, if your car has 5 lugs then choose the turbo model. Its all the same as long as you have 5 lugs and not 4 on your wheels. I'm talking about tirerack.com now. The lightest wheels and the best for handling are the 15's from a vert. They weigh 10lbs. I have 17's for daily driving and those vert wheels with slicks for racing. I hope this helps.

well i have a 5 lug, would the offsets make a difference tho?

no, any 5lug wheel on that site for the turbo will fit on your car. I dont have a turbo. I have the sport model, but i looked under turbo. It'll fit as long as your car isn't lowered too much.
