I'd love to have a proper 13BRE mazda manual ? where can I get one ?

also I'm ging to be dumping the RE into my 91 FC.. looking for some info on a single turbo build up and what I can and can't recycle from my 91' na engine bay. I have the re ECU so that's not an issue but things like, what 2/3 way vac ( rats nest ) can be removed if your not using the twin turbo setup ?

any help or URLS would be great as well

thanks.

I did notice that the front exhaust port, steel insert is loose, i've never had this occour before, is this a dud engine or will this be ok when I clamp the header flange to it ?

I would save yourself a very big headache and dump the stock ecu and emissions and run bare block with a stand alone.

standalones aren't an option at the moment.. a piggyback is i have like 4 sitting around here.

I do want to run a bare block, get rid of the rats nest, air pump and ACV setup( which I've done) however since I am running the stock ECU I'm sure, like the normal 13B you need to keep at least one around..

the front twin 45mm butterfiles, has anyone removed them.. since I'm removing the rats nest, that controller is going too, what advantages do I have given that the exsisting setup is for pulse back modulation.. ?

also, thier is a MAF connection on the ECU harness, so i know it had one, which one ? the 91 torpedo? or some other one?

Running the Stock ECU is going to be a MAJOR headache. It is looking for:

input and output signals to the complicated 4 speed Auto Trans, how haow you going to fool the ECU?

You are much better off selling your collection of CRAPPYBACKS and buying a Standalone, be it Haltech, Microtech Wolf or Motec.

do we need to change any connections of the T2 harness when we use it with the 13B-RE?

TPS Connections are different, If you us a S4 harness the Injector connectors are different. OMP connector is different.

What series TII are you using? Are you going to run Pre-mix?
