Completed the install from a remanufactured 13B and fired it up, ran for about 7-10 seconds and then shut down. I had excllent compression and spark. Almost like he ECU is telling it to shut down. Checked all vacum connections. Checked fuel supply to injectors, replaced fuel filter and ensured flooded enginge procedure was completed prior to each attempt at restart. I am at a loss for what to do next, any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Could be a large vacuum leak. So many possiblites really, just pull out the fsm and start checking things..

Thank you, I spoke with Dan at Atkins Rotary and he asked the same question along with double check of all electrical connections see if AFM is working, broken wire etc.. appreciate the response as soon as I get off work I will check all.

After checking the AFM plug via the procedure from FSM found out the the Balance Plate was not free swing. Took it apart and found that the arm had caught on the fuel pump safety switch on the circuit board and then tore the connectors off of the three other connectors on the board. So lesson learned when you replace the 13B set aside enough money to replace the following.

All Vacumn lines

All fuel lines

perhaps a new engine wire harness with all applicable connectors.

New radiator hoses

New fuel filter (old one is a son o gun to replace with engine in)

Remove the AFM and as a precation perfom the proceudre to ensure yours is good.

Continuing to learn what a great experience.
