[quote name='BoneT2&Harmony' date='Apr 4 2005, 12:06 PM']Dude, you prob should shut the **** up and stop BSing to people about **** you dont know about yourself. If someone wants a turbo timer its not you're damn decision.

if they don't need a Turbo timer with the water cooling and they last almost forever, whats it going to hurt by installing one? it's only going to make it last longer in theory no?

I don't like leaving my car running without monitoring water temp. Call me paranoid but just kinda seems like youre asking for an overheat

if you ask me, you can never overdue turbo (or motor) maitenance. So i say, if the car is your daily driver, use it, because your not going to want to sit in your care for a minute or two every time you drive somewhere and have to get out of the car.

on my car, i don't have one, but that's because it's my weekend car, and when i beat on it, i always gradually cool it down, and then when i park it in my garage, i put a 18" fan on my engine bay on a timer to help bring temps back down.

also, coolant is only productive (removes heat) when it is being circulated so once the car is shut off, it does little or nothing to bring temps back down, but the idea of the coolant is to never the let the turbo get so damn hot in the first place. I think the truth is somewhere in center field here.

internet drama? wtf? by calling me stupid driver, and saying not worthy to drive a turbo car?? LOL c'mon. anyways just because I have low post count, does not mean im a "noob." I have had 60-1's and various A/R 60 trims on my vehicle. What about you? stock. LOL! I never even said I destryed turbos (you really need to learn how to read) I said it all depends on how you drive, since different people drive differently. You really need to watch what you say, especially when you do not know what you are talking about.
