What do i have to cap? do i need to retain the Cold start assist system?



I am in the process of removing the entire emissins system... and i am not sure that i will need to keep the cols start assist system.. can you please tell me what i need to keep. thanks for the help.. Markus.

Between the secondary injectors on the upper intake manifold there is a 90 degree small pipe coming out. You can cap right there where the line connects to your cold start tank or remove the little assembly and weld or block it off somehow on the UIM. Thats it.. then just remove the tank.

what exactly does the CSA do? I live in HOT florida. will i need this when winter comes?
