Wooo is me

I just got a cosmo 13b and transmission is in limp mode. Tried to communicate with Snap on diagnostic tool, no luck... Car stays in 2 nd gear and will not shift to third. Power button and hold button will not display light on dash. Can any of you Rotor guru's help? Thanks DALE
