check this out....4 inch vband set with flanges and vband for $25 from airflow systems inc.

4 inch elbow for $24

all are aluminized carbon steel. I am using these parts for my exhaust system; 4 inch diameter from the turbo to muffler. I don't care that they are carbon steel because I am going to coat the entire exhaust system with POR-20 anyway.

I bought my 3.5" parts from Stainlessworks.net. They are very reasonable and one of the few shops that can mandrel bend 3.5" tubing.

That coating is only rated up to 1400 degrees. Do you think thats enough protection for this exaust on a rotary? Remember the stuff they sell on that web page are exhaust system for diesel engines. Those engines don't have as high an EGT as our rotarys. Personally I would use a differant coating than that stuff.

Jethot 2000 would work great. I'm still researching and trying to find the best inexpensive solution.

A friend of mine has a white coating on the headers of his 9 sec street 69 Camaro. After letting it idle for 20 minuets, I could still touch the header and not burn my hands. I hate the fact that he doesn't remember what brand of coating it is.
