where to get a 20b
#3
I have some good news on one set of rotor hats (can't remember front or rear). Off the shelf Wilwood should work
If the 20B doesn't work out, how about a 3.8 Buick Grand National Turbo V-6. You can get some serious Hp without much work from what I hear....but the 20B would be the $hit!

That would be great if the wilwood would fit, cut the cost a little. Never though of a buick engine, yet another possilbity. I am still thinking a 3 rotor if for nothing esle to keep the torque down and the exhaust fab to a minimum. Equal lenght custom 8v headers aren't cheap.
These would all be used cosmo engines correct? Can they be rebuilt just like a 2 rotor. I though they used different side + rotor housing so I wasn't sure if you could find parts for it. Maybe I am wrong but the chances of finding a low milage engine out of an early 90's car won't be easy.

the center housing is like $300 and the e shaft is like $900. i looked at that option too, you have three
1. buy it new, its $7500 short block
2. buy all the parts new, its like $7500 for a dissassembled short block
3. buy a used j spec for $3500 and either rebuild it, or use it and rebuild it later
