I plan on doing a 3 rotor swap.



Here are some ideas



normal 20b



13b based 3 rotor



or a 12a based 17a 3 rotor



then engine would be turboed of course



but my question is what would the 12a 3 rotor sound like?



the 20b or 13b based one is putting out exhuast notes like a v12.Would a 12a do the same?



i have heard many of 12a's and they sound horribly to me like a 2 stroke lawnmower engine.ive heard 13b's of course and they sound like a bass crunchy weedeater.



i have also heard a 4 rotor 12a and it has a zip sound too it .like a motorcycle engine. would a turbo calm down the sound of a 12a base 3 rotor giving it more of a humming sound?like the 20b?



please someone tell me yes.

the 12a would sound like any other 3 rotor engine, its the firing chambers per e shaft revolution that gives it the sound. the 12a might be higher pitched cause its a little smaller
