I was mainly concerned with me going from a manual to an automatic, which I do not want. Do the T2 transmissions bolt up. I would assume that they would because I was under the impression that the 13B and 20B housings are all the same bolt patterns. But if I was misinformed, then I would be incorrect.

4 out of the 5 bolts will bolt up properly.

What about the counter weights. Do you have to do anything with those.

you have to buy a light weight flywheel and bolt it up to the cosmo couter wieght, there is no stock flywheel that works on a 3 rotor

huh?? not true! You can bolt a S5 tranny to a S4 motor. the flywheel is for balancing of the rotating assembly. IE< if you are using a S4 turbo motor, with FD rotors, you need to use S5 or FD flywheel. tranny has nothing to do with it
