Ran my Series 1 RX-7 20b race car a few weeks ago with a PSI blower (yes - the ones of Pro Mod V8's), and it loved it.

I find it hard to believe that turbo rotaries, or blown v8's run at a mere 98db. You should find out what these type of cars are running at, and ask the ANDRA to compromise. Sorry to hear your luck on the sound issue, but your success with the blower is inspiring. I really enjoy reading about your ride. An exciting car! Please dont give up.
